Camp 2 focuses on the significance of emotional management within the English Language Teaching (ELT) context. Participants will explore practical strategies for handling emotional challenges that arise in the classroom, such as student frustration, conflicts, and anxiety. The camp aims to equip educators with tools and approaches to create a positive and emotionally supportive learning environment.
Objectives:
- Recognize the importance of emotional well-being in the ELT classroom and its impact on student learning.
- Discuss and develop practical strategies for managing and resolving emotional challenges that can arise among students.
- Promote peer-to-peer learning and encourage participants to reflect on how to implement emotional management techniques in their own teaching contexts.
