As Co-Founder and Training Director of Resolist Academy Education & Training Consulting Co., Ltd., Tracy specializes in empowering educators and learners through innovative approaches.


With extensive credentials from English Teaching to Economics, Tracy brings a multidisciplinary perspective to teaching. Tracy also serves as an Alumni Mentor for the U.S. Consulate’s “Future for Women” project in Ho Chi Minh City, reflecting her passion for leadership and development in education.


As a TESOL Trainer for INTESOL Worldwide and a certified Job & Career Transition Coach, Tracy integrates active learning techniques into her sessions, making her a sought-after facilitator for fostering life competencies and future readiness in students.

This camp will focus on incorporating active learning techniques into English lessons to enhance students' life competencies. Participants will learn how to engage students physically and emotionally through interactive language activities that build resilience, teamwork, and communication skills. By integrating movement and hands-on tasks, educators can foster a more dynamic and holistic approach to language teaching that prepares students for both academic and personal success.   


Objectives

- Understand the role of active learning in developing students' life competencies, such as teamwork, communication, and resilience. 

- Learn practical techniques to incorporate physical activities and emotional engagement into English lessons. 

- Explore strategies for using movement and hands-on tasks to promote a dynamic and holistic learning experience. 

- Promote peer-to-peer learning and encourage participants to reflect on practical applications of the strategies discussed in their own teaching contexts.
