The Context
A newly-open private K-12 school wanted to develop a thorough teacher performance evaluation system for efficient operations and professional developement. They were struggling to do so in-house as it was time-consuming and required special expertise.
Utilizing the Design Thinking Framework, Pro.Ed experts quickly explored and analyzed the school's and its teachers' needs, followed by the desgining phase when a comprehensive and user-friendly evaluation framework was developed. The framework suitability was then tested to ensure its effieciency in terms of operations and teacher professional development before official use.
