The Context
A popular private bank was seeking international partnerships with global banks and trying to upskill its chosen 50 employees. Communication in English was one of the skills selected.
After analyzing the bank's and employees' needs and testing their English levels, Pro.Ed academic ELT experts created a customized English communication program that fit different groups of employees with different levels of English competence. The program was then taught by experienced Pro.Ed English teachers, focusing on improving the employees' English communication skills.
