Azza has more than 15 years of EFL teaching experience. She was a Fulbright FLTA teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens. She earned her master's degree in humanities from the American University in Cairo in 2013. Additionally, she was part of the Arab Women Professionals Program at AUC. Azza taught English at an international school in Egypt as well as Saudi Arabia. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Comparative Education at the University of Toronto.
