26/07/2025 01:00 UTC
This session explores how asynchronous, AI-powered language tools can expand access to high-quality English instruction. We’ll examine a research-informed model that combines immersive virtual environments with structured microlearning to support fluency, confidence, and learner autonomy. Through 3D-realistic scenes, learners engage in contextualized interaction, adaptive practice, and personalized feedback to leverage enhanced progress at their own pace.
Key takeaways:
- Understand how immersive, asynchronous AI tools can support fluency, confidence, and learner autonomy.
- Explore key design principles for building pedagogically sound language lessons in VR environments.
- Discuss how this approach can increase access to quality English instruction for underserved learners.
