She has over 20 years’ experience in education and is the founder of 21st Century Educators, a global platform supporting teachers with digital tools and training. She holds a Master’s in Digital Technologies and is pursuing a PhD at Lancaster University, focusing on digital policy and teacher agency in Caribbean schools.
