Through games, role-plays, and hands-on activities, we will explore what SEL is, why it matters, and how to help young learners recognize and manage their emotions. Key focus areas include building strong relationships, developing communication and problem-solving skills, and fostering a supportive, respectful classroom environment. Participants will leave with practical strategies and playful tools to nurture emotional intelligence and create meaningful SEL experiences in everyday learning.
