This talk will explore how professional coaching and neuroscientific principles can be implemented to enhance pedagogy. From creating inclusive practice to fostering student resilience, to transforming teacher communication patterns, we will look at the science of coaching and how to embody neuroscientific research. Both these aspects can cultivate a positive learning culture, improve teacher-student relationships as well as provide teachers with the necessary tools to address challenges, promote resilience, and ultimately shape a more dynamic and inclusive educational landscape.
