This study presents a conceptual framework for integrating AI agents into education as ethical and inclusive pedagogical partners. Based on a comprehensive literature review, it highlights the need for human-centered design, anticipatory ethics, and collaborative co-design. The proposed model aims to guide educators and developers toward equitable, transparent, and responsive AI-enhanced learning environments.
