Dave has worked with over 12,000 young people (ages 3-18+) and 5,000+ adults in throughout the UK and Europe – including Thurrock, Southend and Colchester Borough Councils, The NASUWT Teachers Union, The EU in Austria, Absalon University in Denmark, The University of Belgrade, and Proctor & Gamble.

CoolFire – Creating Calm is a practical framework designed to equip educators with an immediately applicable set of emotional, mental, and physical tools. The program supports both personal and professional growth, while enhancing the holistic wellbeing of the students they serve. Participants will gain insights into the science of emotion, learn to harness their natural biochemistry, and adopt strategies to significantly reduce stress and tension. With its focus on everyday application and long-term impact, CoolFire – Creating Calm empowers educators to cultivate calm, resilience, and connection in themselves and their classrooms.
